2. We review and agree your market value

If your property looks like a fit, we will speak with you, check comparable sales, and agree a full market value figure and a simple outline of the arrangement.

3. We run the competition and complete the purchase

We then run a national competition for that property. Once the entry target is reached, we complete the purchase at the agreed price through standard conveyancing.
